What makes a corridor credible?

A credible corridor requires more than available land or nearby transmission. UCREI examines grid deliverability, land control, planning permissions, municipal and regional readiness, rights-holder and community context, supporting services, operator relevance, buildability, realistic timing and a path from uncertainty to investability.
